Bigwuin Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide for Members

1. General Terms

By creating an account or using the Bigwuin platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully before registering. If you do not agree with any of the terms, we ask that you refrain from using Bigwuin.

• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposits & Payments

To make a deposit on Bigwuin, you must use one of the payment methods available on the platform. Deposits are currently supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to the registered member.

4. Withdrawal Policy

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Bigwuin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed (applicable to withdrawals).
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months.
• If a member voluntarily requests self-exclusion.
• Under the direction of a regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. If a remaining balance exists, a withdrawal will be permitted subject to applicable conditions.
